Our aim is to make service information and contact options usable across devices and assistive technologies. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design target; this statement is not a certification of conformance.
Features
The website includes a skip-to-content link, semantic headings, keyboard focus indicators, labeled navigation controls and reduced-motion styling. Navigation can be closed with Escape. Phone links and direct email links provide alternative ways to inquire. Optional arcade sound starts muted.
Known limitations
Interactive mascot animations and arcade features may not provide an equivalent experience for every assistive technology. They are optional and are not required to contact Sharp or read service information. Testing with additional devices and assistive technologies remains necessary.
